Mandi and Justin Lorencz

Thirteen years ago, we said, “I do.”  Two amazing kids and 3 dogs later, we are more grateful and blessed than ever.  We live in Rockford, Michigan and are excited to offer services to our surrounding communities!

Justin started working for HomeJoy in 2012 as an intern in the Kalamazoo office.  Since then Justin moved into a staffing coordinator role, office manager role, and then became the CFO for HomeJoy.  During this time Justin finished his Bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University and his Master’s degree in Administration/Finance from Baker College.  When HomeJoy decided to franchise, Justin was offered the opportunity to own and operate HomeJoy.

Mandi received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ferris State University and has been working in customer service for the past 15 years.

​

Our grandparents have played pivotal roles in both our lives, showing us firsthand the importance of seniors in our community as well as the value of being able to stay in their homes as they have aged.

​

It is our JOY to provide you or your loved one with the same values that were instilled in us.  We are local, we are caring, and we are passionate.
